Wait… are you a coffee shop?
Nope! We're an online coffee and loose-leaf tea brand. We send you delicious things to brew yourself—not ready-made drinks from a café counter.
Our products have personalities. Your order doesn't come with a barista. 😂
What does “roasted to order” mean?
Our roasting partner roasts coffee in small batches based on demand, then prepares it for shipping.
Fresh coffee is the goal—not bags collecting dust on a warehouse shelf. ☕

Whole Bean or Drip Ground—which one do I need?
Whole Bean: Choose this if you have a grinder and want to grind your coffee for your brewing method.
Drip Ground: Already ground for a standard drip coffee maker. No grinder required!
Espresso? Keurig? Help.
Espresso machine: Choose Whole Bean and use an espresso-capable grinder.
Keurig: Our coffee isn't sold in K-Cup pods, but some machines work with compatible reusable filters. Check your machine's instructions.
What are roast levels and tasting notes?
Lighter roasts can taste brighter, while darker roasts tend to have deeper, roast-forward flavors.
Tasting notes are flavors people notice in coffee—not necessarily added ingredients.
Flavored coffees, like Nuttin' But Trouble, have added flavoring. A little extra personality never hurt anybody. 😉
Does decaf mean absolutely no caffeine?
Not quite! Decaf has most of the caffeine removed, but small amounts can remain.
Meet Up Past Bedtime—our decaf little troublemaker. All the coffee ritual, considerably fewer caffeine commitments. 😂

Do your teas come in tea bags?
Nope! Our teas are loose-leaf, which means you'll need an infuser or strainer.
That's your fancy equipment. Welcome to the tea club. 😂🍵
How do I actually brew loose-leaf tea?
Add your tea leaves to an infuser, pour in appropriately heated water, steep, and remove the leaves.
Every tea has its own preferences (dramatic, we know). 😂

Are your teas caffeine-free?
Not all of them!
Just Chai Me contains black tea, and Pretty Fly contains white tea. Both naturally contain caffeine.

Can I make your teas iced?
ABSOLUTELY! 🧊
Brew your tea, let it chill, and pour over ice. Adjust the strength to your liking.
