Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Perky & Poured, we believe your coffee should show up on your terms. Our subscriptions are designed to be convenient, flexible, and easy to manage.
How subscriptions work
When you select Subscribe & Save, you authorize Perky & Poured to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the frequency displayed during checkout.
Our current subscription option provides delivery every four weeks with a 10% product discount. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your customer account or by selecting the "Manage your subscription" link in your subscription emails.
Depending on your available account options, you can:

View upcoming subscription orders.

Skip an upcoming order.

Pause or resume your subscription.

Update your payment details or shipping address.

Cancel your subscription.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time without a subscription cancellation fee.
To cancel, sign in to your customer account, open your subscription, and select Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.
You can also request assistance by emailing support@perkyandpoured.com.
Once your subscription is canceled, future recurring billing and deliveries stop. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order that has already been charged or entered fulfillment.
Orders already processed
If a subscription order has already been charged or submitted for fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether an existing order can be changed, canceled, or refunded depends on its processing status and our applicable refund policy.
Cancellation of your subscription does not affect any refund or other rights available under applicable law.
